For those seeking sophistication and excitement, the Breathless Riviera is the ideal hotel. With Unlimited Luxury and Adults Only concept, it combines sophistication with fun, only for the adult audience. It is a hotel suitable for couples, groups of friends and family, remembering that everyone must be over 18 years old.
THE HOTEL
Breathless is located on the Riviera Maya. It is 25 minutes away from the international airport, 30 minutes away from downtown Cancun and 30 minutes away from Playa del Carmen. That is, it is possible to enjoy both Cancun and Playa del Carmen.
This resort has all the amenities of any All Inclusive, but the big difference that takes the public to Breathless, is the party concept. The hotel hosts parties and DJs of different nationalities, including the Brazilian DJ Alok, who has been there.
All the decoration of the resort is designed for a stripped public. It is amazing how they managed to combine modern décor with the resort’s flag color, which is purple. You can see that there is décor in this color throughout the property.
The hotel has 526 rooms, of different categories. All rooms are complete with: 24-hour room service, minibar stocked daily, security safe, balcony, television, hairdryer, Wi-Fi throughout the property, among others. For those looking for more exclusivity, there is an area called Exhale, which also has some additional amenities.
Breathless has 10 gourmet restaurants, including: six à la carte restaurants of different specialties, a tapas restaurant, a buffet, a grill for quick meals (on the beach) and a café. In addition to room service, the Spoon buffet restaurant is also open 24 hours a day. None of them requires reservation. For all restaurants, it is very important to follow the suggested dress code.
The gastronomy of this hotel is excellent. For me, one of the best! Any restaurant becomes a gastronomic experience.
For a day of your stay, I suggest the Bites, a tapas restaurant in front of the swimming pool. The atmosphere is incredible and charming. Next to a beautiful bar, facing the Energy swimming pool and overlooking the beach. There you can relax, have a drink and enjoy the snacks.
The resort also has eight bars spread throughout the property, all with premium drinks. In the afternoon, the most successful bar is the Deep Swim-up, which is located in the infinity pool. With an incredible look, combining beach and swimming pool, there you can swim to the bar and cool off, while the DJ plays the best electronic music. In the evening, after dinner, After Dark waits for guests to continue the fun and dance until 1 am.
A very cool item that Breathless offers is a Champagne bar. Open from 10 am to 6 pm, at an additional cost, guests can enjoy drinks at the Fizz Iced bar, next to the hotel’s Jacuzzi.
This hotel has three swimming pools, each with its own theme: Exhale pool, only for exhale guests (VIP) is the most peaceful area; Energy pool, where guests can relax and replenish their energy with background music; Xcelerate pool, where entertainment and parties with DJs take place, open from 8 am to 8 pm.
In addition to all the spaces for swimming pools and beaches, the hotel also has some other activities such as: Spanish classes, beach volleyball, aerobic activities on the beach and in the water, kayaking, windsurfing, live night entertainment, theme night, gala party, and so on. It is always good to be prepared for everything, as Breathless always surprises.
For those who do not give up on health and well-being, the hotel has a complete gym and SPA with a wide range of services. Guests can also relax in one of the three Jacuzzis, spread around the resort.
BREATHLESS SPA
The SPA is complete with many service and treatment options. For those who have a wedding in Cancun, this is a very important point. As the hotel is a little further away from urban centers, it is extremely important for the hotel to offer hair and makeup services, for example, for wedding guests.
